I am a 200-hour registered and certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and Reiki Master and have been teaching yoga for nearly a decade, since 2016. I love working with people of all ages and abilities, creating accessible and meaningful yoga experiences. I teach chair yoga, meditation, mindfulness, gentle stretch, gentle yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa classes.
