Integrative Health Coaching is perfect for anyone motivated to improve their health. Since 2015, I've been coaching clients with great success tailored to their unique needs. A Holistic Approach to Wellness
Healthy living isn't about being a size two or running marathons. It's about feeling good and making wellness a way of life. I focus on "Primary Foods"—the essential non-food elements that nourish us, like relationships, careers, spirituality, and physical activity. I also emphasize "Secondary Foods," advocating for a nutrient-dense, whole-foods way of life about 80% of the time. I believe in eating food you love, indulging when it’s worth it, and not living by strict labels that take the fun out of life. The goal is a healthy lifestyle you don’t need a break from. Together, we'll discover the best way to nurture your body, boost your confidence, increase your energy, and improve your overall outlook on life.
My Credentials and Approach
I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My extensive training and skills in health behavior change enable me to work in partnership with you to set goals, overcome obstacles, and take action to achieve and sustain health-supporting behaviors. Whether it's improving your diet, shifting your mindset, losing weight, easing physical discomfort, enhancing self-care, learning to find joy in your life, or managing a chronic health condition, I'm here to support and guide you. Additionally, I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, and I also help develop skills in other health coaches.
My approach focuses on listening to you, taking small steps, and fostering personal accountability. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach; everyone is coached according to their unique needs. I offer a free introductory health consultation to discuss your goals, explain my approach, and see if we're a good fit for working together. This session is typically 30 minutes long. I meet all my clients via Zoom, so no matter where you are located, we can work together to achieve your health goals.
